I have a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from Norwich University. Before joining Mount Diablo Psychological Services as a private practitioner, I worked for the Alameda Health System at Fairmont Hospital in San Leandro.
At Fairmont, I treated patients with a wide range of severe and persistent mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, major depressive disorder, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic, and gender issues. After Fairmont, I completed a Post-Graduate Fellowship in Psychiatry at Kaiser Permanente, where I worked with adults, children, and families in group and individual settings.
