Individual Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy is a collaborative and confidential therapeutic process between a trained therapist and a client. It is focused on exploring and addressing the client's emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges to promote personal growth, healing, and overall wellbeing.

Group Psychotherapy

Group therapy is a form of therapy in which a small group of individuals with similar concerns or goals come together under the guidance of a trained therapist to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and support each other in their personal growth and healing journey. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups focus on learning new skills and putting skills into action at home, school, and work.

Adult Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy for adults helps individuals gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop coping strategies, improve their mental health, and enhance their overall well-being and quality of life.

Young Adult Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy for young adults helps individuals gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Coaching and skills training assists young adults in developing coping strategies, improving their mental health, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life, and determining career and education options. Some common therapy goals for young adults may include identity and values exploration, transition support (from high school to college, entering the workforce, or moving away from home), relationship skills, decision-making, developing independence, career counseling, emotion regulation, and building resilience.

In psychotherapy for adolescents, the therapy often revolves around promoting emotional well-being, personal growth, and healthy development. Some common goals in adolescent psychotherapy include enhancing self-awareness and identity development, developing coping skills, improving relationships, building resilience, learning problem-solving and decision-making skills, enhancing self-esteem, and supporting academic success.
