  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    To schedule an appointment, please submit a request HERE or call me at (707) 567-8007.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    I do not accept insurance, nor do I bill it directly; however, after you have paid, I provide you with a monthly Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • Do I need to contact my insurance company before starting therapy?

    I suggest you arrange pre-approval for psychotherapy with your insurance company. If you have questions or concerns about how to request pre-approval, do not worry; I am happy to guide you through the process.

  • Do you accept Medicare?

    No, I am not a Medicare provider.

  • Can I switch my appointments from in-person to virtual?

    Yes, you are welcome to switch to virtual appointments as needed.
